* Tryout & Team Commitment Guidelines
- If my child is selected for **Team Shammgod**, we understand this is a commitment for the full season.
- As parents/guardians, we’ll do our best to ensure our child **attends practices, games, and team events on time**, and we’ll let coaches know in advance if something unavoidable comes up.
- We understand that **playing time is based on effort, attitude, attendance, and readiness**, and may not always be equal for every player.
- We agree to support a culture of **respect and positivity** toward coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials, and will encourage our child to do the same.
- We will **communicate with the coaching staff** about injuries, health concerns, or schedule conflicts as early as possible so they can plan accordingly.
- We trust the coaching staff to make decisions about **roles, lineups, and minutes** that are in the best interest of both the team and each player’s development.
